Hey everyone,With the recent PS4/PS5 port of Black Ops 2, a lot of console
players are discovering something we've known for years:
the game is full of RCE exploits that let hackers corrupt your
account, block your progression, and reset your stats, without
even launching a match.════════════════
What's wild is that Iron Galaxy, the studio behind the port,
shipped the game as a 1:1 copy of the PS3 version.
Same code, same vulnerabilities, zero patches. A billion-dollar company
had 14 years to fix this and chose not to.════════════════
Meanwhile, the Plutonium team patched those exact same RCE exploits years ago, for free, in their spare time.
