is there a tut about making custom images for Dpads been tryna figure it out?

SiriusSymboli Do i need the original Dpad image then i can edit it from there? tried to drop an iwi that was already edited into the convertor but it just closed the software if where could i get the original dpad image? thankss
4KL if you drop the image in the converte it converts it and closes itself and you have the dds file in the folder where the converter is if not then check the folder the .iwi file is located in if its not there try to put both the converter and file in the same folder and if it still doesnt work try putting the folder in the with the converter and .iwi file in the downloads folder but i have put the dds file already in the zip file so just open that with an image editor or if the file type is not supported just convert it to a png file with a file converter like this: https://p2r3.github.io/convert/
also it works with every dpad image just make shure its 256x256 or a multipile of it like 512x512 or 1024x1024 for your information if you want to put it back into a iwi drop it in a converter and press 1 then enter so bo2 can read it correctly -

SiriusSymboli Thanks for the info but yeah for some reason cant figure out where it converts it to, try to do the steps you said but still nothing pops up for me so i can only drop iwi/dds files into the convertor right or images are cool as well?
4KL can you tell me what converter you are using and no if you are using the same as mine you can only use iwi and dds and does it give you a message with fatal error -13? if it does try every drives you have like your c drive or d drive

SiriusSymboli Found it through a yt vid but the vid was kinda older so idk, which convertor are you using atm if you don't mind sharing?
And no i don't get an error or nothing it just closes

SiriusSymboli Yeahh Thanks again really helpful, but when ever i try to convert it it just doesn't show up after it closes even looking for it in different folders and such
