Hey Lux, from what I've seen, you've always been a toxic player, the kind who deliberately sabotages the game (I speak from experience: during an Easter Egg attempt on Origins, you just stood there with the Fire Staff for ~20 minutes; when I called you an asshole, you went and complained to the moderators XD). You said your VIP status was revoked, but you I ask and you aren't banned from the game, so ?lKurama, trying to nuke a server by demanding actions from someone with admin rights seems a bit childish to me; and threatening legal action over something you don't even own is stupid (no offense intended).
Blaze, you left Jackal because you didn't share Kiels' vision, that's your right. But calling someone a parasite... as for the name, he changed it, so I don't see why you're bringing that up again.
The three of you are just spreading negativity.
If players didn't like it, the server wouldn't exist anymore.
Some people like the mods Kiels offers, and as long as that lasts, I don't see why he should stop.Just move on.

That's my point, I don't care abt what happens to your server, I only care about people not getting stolen. Telling things is something, bringing strong and irrefutable proofs is something else
If I were what you can call a scammer, tell me why I refused 300 bucks from Kiels ? Oh yeah, because I'm pretty sure this money was dirty.
I don't want to be involved in your shady moves and stuff anymore. I just feel sorry for the people buying stuff to this guy

LKurama, I never called you a scammer, so I don’t quite understand where you going on this point. As I said, everyone is free to buy or not. No one is forcing you. Besides, every transaction involves an exchange of value, so no one is getting ripped off. If people want to buy, they open a ticket; it’s not as if this is coming directly from the Cypher teams. -

You were the owner (as stated in your bio) when we introduced VIP tiers; furthermore, we used your PayPal account for transactions in the beginning. Even though you didn't keep the money, this seems to bother you now, whereas it didn't when you were part of the project.
But as you say if it need action Pluto mods will act.

damsblc i left because kiels and freestyle both wanted subscription into the server, i made a community post that clearly showed that people were against it but kiels only cared about getting money so he basically forced it into the server. I was always against subscription model since i found them very predatory. With no other option i left the server since i didn't want to be affiliated with this kind of mentality and practise and gave away my cut of the month. Only a few days later kiels implemented multiple VIP tiers and literally a fucking shop add after loading into a server.
We used my paypal account at first since kiels paypal was/is banned and freestyle didn't rly want to handle that part, I only did 1 tier of VIP since the point was to just make enough to pay for the hosting expenses, i made i clear that i didn't want to turn VIP into a game breaking necessity just to make a quick buck and completely break the balancing of the server like old ztavern did and we all agreed on that.
After a month kiels started to get nervous because we weren't making enough money and wanted to make sure we had a steady flow of income which was weird for me since we made 8 times more than the VPS cost and the servers kept growing, then he said that he needed money for personal reason (that i won't say since it involved his private life) and basicly forced me to go back on my word.
So i left
I always knew kiels was here for the money, i just didn't realise that he was ready to sell his soul just to make 300 buck a month
Something i'm not going to ever do. If kiels really need money he can always create an indeed account, not ruining a really good server with good potential
He's no better than Activision

- wrongfully banning for 0 reason i will be sending the full convo here for further investigation hopefully by mods. wouldnt let me speak to him about it instantly banned me on the discord (i brought vip which includes the discord server tag and ect, meaning he has completely voided my reward for buying the vip and has refused to refund me multiple times.
i will be further updating this post or replying to it with further issues i have this is just my first little trial with things.
He is also listed as just a "dev" inside of the discord and claims he isnt the owner but we all know that isnt the case.
if this wasn't obvious i have no hate towards the old people that were helping this server such as blaze or some other people this post is mainly about kiels and how he shouldnt be able to host such servers while abusing his power.

hi Prtit and I are the new owners of Z-Tavern. Kiels is no longer involved with us. We’ve been independently rebuilding Z-Tavern, investing in better dedicated servers and our own domain, while keeping VIP prices reasonable. That’s why it was concerning to see Prtit banned from Plutonium today leading to the server keys revoked being without explanation. Given the time and money we’ve invested, we’d appreciate either the ban being revoked or a clear explanation from the Plutonium staff as soon as possible

G -X- S im not sure if this was anything to do with us considering here i am only mentioning the server cipher i only used to ztavern handle as kiels has been using it inside of the discord and that is what he is known for. sorry for not making that clear i was not aware that the ztavern servers were even still up let alone handled by new owners. if this was anything to do with me then i am very sorry and i hope this can be resolved. this issue is on kiels no one else.

Since he gave us the server, he has not interfered in his affairs. So, we operate separately and have no connection to him. Especially after communication was cut off between us when I refused to return the servant to him, out of concern that he would take people's money and leave, as he has done many times before. Therefore, I demand that the ban on 'Pritit' be lifted, because he has nothing to do with this. As we said previously (we operate independently and have no relation to him)

Hey, quick question do you actually know Kiels personally, or did you just show up to defend him with an account you created 7–8 hours ago?
Because right now it just looks like you're jumping in to protect him without really being involved. If you’ve got real experience with him, fair enough but if not, maybe don’t act like you know the full situation.

Yo ElyZium I had created this secondary account because I couldn't log in to my main account, which is this one.I WAS an admin on the server, I don't know him personnally. I only defended the project because as a player I put money in it.
I and an another admin tell him in staff chat to calm down and back up on this situation but yep -_- you can see that's it's not the case.I apologize to Lux and take back what I've said; I was speaking from memory, without a screen in front of me, and I think I confused you with Spike on that point.
Just like Z-Tav when he was owner I think it's a gg, can't help the devil and I'm not a lawyer. Every time it's come to Kiels, it's end up in a Drama I should have learned my lesson back then.

I wish you all, the best.damsblc thank you very much and yes i did speak to the mod who told him to calm down but he never listens. this isnt my first interaction with him and when i was affiliated with the old ztavern server i was always treated with no respect from kiels.
i once looked up to him not knowing the full background around 3 years ago when i had a interest in coding till later i found out he only wants the money.
i do not hate you or anyone else that was involved with this situation all the mods just get told to listen to him and do what he says no one else can be blamed for this then he can.
