Try not to be too hard on yourself we all will go through hardships one way or another
its important to forgive yourself were not perfect we make mistakes sometimes too many of them but thats ok were humans after all and we can always learn from them to better ourselves
and try and find little joys in life and appreciate them and try to take small steps in life
you dont need to push yourself to the limit and say its fine just keep going at your own pace
and i pray for to find a more fulfilling life inshallah 🤲
