Password Reset Email - Need Help

I have not been receiving the password reset email for Lunariaelix/lunariaelix. Can't remember if I capitalized it or not. So for I've tried all my emails, and for the outlook one I believe it is, I made sure to add it to the whitelist. The strange thing that I'm not quite sure about is the fact this account that I'm writing with got the welcome email from [email protected]. To my knowledge this is the same email that should send the password reset ones so I really don't know where to go from here.

I found the actual password for the account saved in a secondary archive of mine but the account is still locked out due to too many attempts. Still find it odd it wouldn't send me the password reset email.
Edit: Yep, just confirmed it works in the launcher. This can be ignored, I'll poke around with the email issue once the account isn't locked out.

you won't receive a password reset email because you didn't verify your email when you signed up. So there is no email associated with your account.
Recommend you verify once you regain access so you don't get locked out again
