Autorun custom config commands?

Every game of Zombies I need to manually open the console and type:
bind BUTTON_X +reload
bind2 BUTTON_X +activateto get controller interact button to interact fast the way keyboard does. I tried adding these to the player config file (both the og black ops one and the one in plutonium T5 folder) which didn't work at all. Is there somewhere I can put these commands to run at the beginning of every game?
