(DirectX has encountered an unrecoverable error) I can not play Black Ops 2, please help

MW3 works perfectly fine, BO2 on the other hand.... well, not at all.
The game has never worked for me and I have always received the exact same DirectX error.
I have tried the plutonium_redist multiple times as well as the DirectX update thing from Microsoft.
I have tried updating windows and my drivers, still nothing. Please help.

What are your PCs specs?
RektInator Ryzen 3 3200g using the vega 8 integrated graphics
16gb of ddr4 3200hz ram
on an AsRock b450m-HDV motherboard

Make sure your drivers are up-to-date, other than that I would not know how to resolve this issue.
