Question about super easter egg for moon

So me and my 3 other friends just completed the ascension, call of the dead, and shangri la easter egg on plutonium. But when I load into moon in solo I don't see the golden rod + focusing stone in my player inventory. Is that because I don't have 3 other players in the lobby? Will the golden rod only show up if there is 3 other players?

The constucted Vril Generator in co-op relies on stats while in solo relies on a different system which is collectibles. Additionally, the collectibles system used by solo doesn’t track the Shangri-La Easter Egg completion. This is why you won’t ever see the Focusing Stone on Moon when playing vanilla solo and also why you can’t do the full Moon Easter Egg solo on BO1 without mods.
What you’ll want to do is either have another person in the lobby, or start a private match since Plutonium forces private matches and dedicated matches to be co-op meaning that the stats system will be used, or use a mod to give the constructed Vril Generator to make the full Moon Easter Egg possible solo.
