(T4) World At War Very Slow Loading Time

I've been having this problem for a while now. Every time I load up T4 WAW, it takes about 40 seconds to bootup. Then after that when I try to load into a server (any server) it takes 1 minute and 30 seconds, each time! So when I die on zombies, I have to continuously wait this time over and over again and it is supremely annoying to have to deal with. On multiplayer It's a long bootup time but I can easily join servers with the normal 10 second wait time, which is very confusing to me. This only happens with campaign/zombies for me, and well I guess you can say multiplayer takes long to boot up but it ends up working when it comes to servers.
Is there any support that can help me with this? I only see support with BO2 and MW3 but barely none for T4, so it's wishful thinking that I can get some support because this is one of my favorite games.
Now before some of you guys ask...
I would greatly appreciate if I didn't get hit with the terms like, (Oh it works for me, Slow SSD?, Get a better PC) Clearly I know it works for you, it works for me, but just incredibly slow! If MW3 2023 T6 T5 BO6 and many other games work flawlessly, then that should show you it's just something wrong!Now, granted I did use a torrent originally, that did have me questioning if that could be it. But then I've bought WAW on steam and fixed the folder location and it is still slow! I've changed numerous of things and have been at this for days and would just love to play this game without me loading in extremely slow, so any recommendations, besides (lowering fps, changing to another hardrive, disable antiviruses etc.) would be greatly appreciated!
PS sorry if this sounds harsh, just been tired of working on this nonstop and would appreciate something positive coming back to me.

I'm also facing similar problem, loading any zombies map can take up to 3 minutes. I thought gsc script files might have something to do with this so I tried deleting them but the game auto generates them. Now I played WaW using plutonium before but the loading time wasn't this bad.

I'm also having this issue, and it seems to be completely random whether it will or will not happen whenever I reinstall the game. I own the game on Steam so it's not a matter of bad files.
I saw other threads online mentioning changing the game to borderless windowed, compatibility settings, etc., but none of it worked. I wish I had an actual solution for you, but for now, I'm bumping this because it's a very annoying issue that I also need a solution for.

Thanks to some support on the Discord server, I managed to pinpoint the issue. It's tied to modern CPUs and multithreading. You can fix it by either a) launching the game with the launch parameter +set sys_smp_allowed 0 or by b) setting the CPU affinity for the Plutonium launcher's .exe to only CPU 0.
a) works fine on vanilla WaW, but only works on Plutonium if you're using an offline mode bat file. b) works on Plutonium perfectly fine, but you have to either manually set the affinity through the task manager every time, or you have to create a shortcut to automate it.
