[ZM] Add All Perks to All Maps

A mod that adds PHD Flopper, Deadshot Daiquiri, and Stamin-up to all maps that don't have them

• perk limit removed
• all perks have jingles
• added doubletap to ascension
• all textures/materials and models are straight from bo1
• phd doesn't glitch out your vision on some maps

BOTxMIKE you should be able to enable double tap 2.0 by typing in "perk_weapRateEnhanced 1" into the console, it comes with plutonium.

i tried to re add removed weapons but some maps wouldnt work as sometimes my knife wouldnt work or i couldnt drink perks when purchasing. do you think you'd be able to make a seperate download with them added back, please?

update: i managed to get it fixed by removing some weapons in favor for ones i like
