I made a donation of $9.99 for Plutonium Project via NOWPayments, but the payment status is currently marked as « Partially paid ».
I sent the exact Bitcoin amount requested by the invoice (0.00011708 BTC), but the exchange rate shifted slightly during the blockchain confirmation window, showing a 1-cent difference (~$9.98).
