MW3 Downgrade and Update Prevention Guide

Yes it works, I can already play multiplayer on Plutonium, but the base game on Steam no longer opens; the campaign and the other game modes don't work anymore. Is there a solution for that, or are they going to make Plutonium compatible with the new update so everything works fine?

KanonAlfa the one on steam probably doesn't like being launched in the downgraded state, if you play the game on steam i would recommend just making a copy of that folder elsewhere for plutonium, and change the app manifest back to not being read only

I only own MW3 Dedicated Server, not the game. So I can't download DLCs which fix Private Match script error. There's no way to play for me rn?

xSNAFUx The new update added a couple scripts itself i believe, the best way to do this is to clean up the mw3 directory itself before downgrade, just delete all the mw3 files and retry, i believe that error should go away
SyncHole could you clarify what you mean by cleaning up the mw3 directory? if i delete its contents and just download it from steam again won't it just download the same bad scripts?

I don't see all the servers in the game.

Gothic_lemon ive noticed that appears to be happening now, luckily after a bit more information, you dont actually need anything from 42750/42751, only the other ones
