I was reset to Prestige 1 Level 1

I started the game and found myself at Prestige 1 Level 1 again. Did this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix for this? It happened before when I was at around Prestige 5 and I just grinded back up, but I don't want to do that again.

Also after playing and unlocking classes I now have my weapons and classes from before the reset, even though they shouldn't even be unlocked with the level I'm now.
