I don't see any game options—just “Online,” “Options,” and “Exit.” No matter which option I choose, it takes me out of the game.

Those options you’re showing are normal. Getting asked to quit when clicking anything other than "quit" is not normal. Please show a video of the cursor hovering over the options when you click.
