it wont let me even get into the game.

I can get into the launcher just fine but when i hit play it freezes and it kicks me out of the application. I would love to know what could fix this problem and help me play bo2 just like i want to.

If you're on windows 10, install these redists and run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download

However, if you're on windows 7, upgrade to win10.
