DreamX974 Delete the whole Plutonium folder inside %localappdata% and run pluto again. If even after running pluto in admin doesn't solve that error, antivirus might be blocking it. Add pluto to exclusions/disable the av temporarily.

After i disable my bitdefender but i have i same problem...
I don't understand -
You're still getting access denied? Can you try uninstalling bitdefender? Some antivirus don't disable themselves completely even after disabling them. Also restart your PC after uninstalling it.
