      Also please tell me you didn't download any loose dlls(such as xinput1_3.dll) from the internet before?

        HannesC i dont know what that means, because frankly this is the first time ive done anything on the pc side

          Well install the DX9 runtimes from the link ^^ and try launching pluto again.
