Could you all delete the previous updater, as well as the .new one and redownload it from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe
If the same thing happens after doing this, try deleting the plutonium folder in %localappdata% and launch the updater again. Let me know if that fixes it. -
