plutonium.exe wont run plz help

so ive been using plutonium for about a month ish and its worked perfictly up untill now but now it wont open when i first tried today the bootstraper opened but now it dosent even do that i tried to go into local app data but there was no plutonium folder

catdaddy0515 when i open it it just closes its self

i even tried dowloading the fix on the page from microsoft and diddnt help at all can someone please help
