New plutonium updater does not open

Hello Admin,
I have a problem in new plutonium, that whenever i want to start plutonium it does not start, even i have windows 10 and already installed everything and even deleted local app data file where there is plutonium file but the problem is still same and it did not get fixed.

So plz i request you to fix this problem.

No it does not opens completely i just click on it so many times but still the same problem.

Mine does just say failed to check for updates length cannot be less than zero parameter name : length plz help me I need to play plutoium
