I get the failed to update first then when i try to sign in it tells me i can't which shows in the first picture

What antivirus do you use? Try adding pluto to exclusions, restart your pc, change dns to 1.1.1.1 . If none of these work either, try a VPN.

They're different things, I gave you 4 options. Google how to add a program to exclusions, and google how to change your DNS as well. I'm assuming you do know how to restart your pc and downloading a free vpn(any system-wide vpn works, just don't download a browser vpn).
