Plutonium.new.exe doesnt work "READ ME PLEASE!!!!!"

first of all good afternoon, I have a problem when opening the plutonium, I clarify that I have already downloaded everything, and I have already checked with the piry that I do not have any corrupt file.
What happens is that when I open for the first time the plutonium.exe after having downloaded everything the pyry had, it stays as I show in the second picture, and after a few seconds it closes and creates a new .exe called plutonium.new.exe and this when executing it, nothing happens, nothing opens, I would like to know really what I could do to solve this problem and if you need me to transmit live by discord the error, well there is no problem and to finish, good night!

Abravv Try replacing plutonium.exe with this one http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe.

Dss0 Lo reemplace, le di click, lo abri, me apareci贸 esto pero luego de darle ejecutar, no pasa nada, no se abre mas nada
Abravv I don't speak spanish. Try excluding it from scanning:
