Bo2 zombies map Turned dlc missing

I just play zombies sometimes but saw that 1 map was missing and its the Turned map where you play as a zombie vs a player is this normal or is it not in the game

go into comsole by pressing ` and then type unlockall . Should unlock everything.

Some servers may not have turned, in that case you can just make your own dedicated server or custom game.

If you're missing any dlcs, just run piry in your bo2 folder, it'll download the missing dlcs for you.
