The game launches but then nothing

So whenever I try to launch the game the console shows up and then the screen flashes black for a frame and then the game is like permanently minimized. The only time the game launches is when I first install it but after I change the graphics settings everything breaks and I can't click on anything and I have to force close the game. The weird thing is that some days the game works properly and other times it doesn't. My antivirus is off and I ran the launcher in administrator mode and no difference.
This is what the console looks like. I can see that the game is running but I just can't actually open it.
