I am trying to install iw5 plutonium and have been following all of the steps needed. Whenever I try to launch to plutonium launcher for the first time, I get the message "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

Yes I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling it but nothing seems to be working. I've also gone through all the steps of making sure plutonium can pass through the fire wall and tried using the .bat file as a second option, but still get the same message.

Also, not sure if it is important but I do not own the full game, however I did follow the steps of downloading the base game.

MSVP140.dll is a DLL from Microsoft you're missing, it is essential to play the client.

      https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

Please install BOTH. You need the x86 variant for x86 applications (the game) and the x64 variant for x64 applications (the launcher). Links were obtained from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
