Playing Pre-Patched/Un-Patched Zombies

I'm relatively new to PC gaming, and found a opportunity to play BO2 Zombies again during the quarantine.
I'm just wondering if there's a way to play the game with the un-patched Jet Gun from TranZit, as it is allowed by the ZWR. I was told to delete the patch, is there a way to do it?
