MW3 and Bo2 not wanting to launch!

hello, my MW3 and bo2 will not work, after trial and error i cannot figure out the reasoning, ive turned off all of my anti, and done other things to find an issue, no success. The launcher will launch, and i click play and it loads into the menu, i go into find a server like i always have... and it crashes.... PLEASE HELP!!!
