it won't let me download piry

When I go to piry to download it, it says, Can't establish a connection since the target computer expressly denied this connection and does not let me how can I solve it?
(sorry if there is something misspelled i am using the translator)

@Im-JJ Well that's the bo2 basegame, would recommend moving the folder to somewhere like C:/Games or such and select that folder in game settings of the launcher.
tescobag4life Yeah it's the full game, contains dlcs as well, same as piry.
