I have 150 fps with bots but when i play whit players online my fps are 10

Can someone help with that shit because i want to play online with my normal fps but i dont know what is the problem , i usually get 150 FPS playing with bots, but when I enter in an online match, my fps are trash , i dont pass the 15 fps. Help pls
