Unable To Install

I only have the base game installed, I dont have any .exe and when i go to the Bo2 multiplayer setup section in the Plutonium aplication, the ”Setup” button actually appears as a ”Play” button. If i clic the ”Play” button it crashes or an error shows up. So im basically stuck. I tried re-installing Plutonium but it doesnt work either. How do i solve this issue?

Click on game settings which is next to play and setup your directory from there.
