My classes don't save for some reason

My classes don't save for some reason, when i enter the game my classes are set as default and when i modify them i can play on servers and keep them as long as i play. But when i quit the game and come back later the classes reset as default, and it happens every time i leave. Is there a way to download them like is there some file i can save? Please help.
