piry files separating each other

I am trying to reinstall everything, and the pluto launcher installed fine, but piry is doing some weird shit. When BO2 should be downloading, (im horrible at technology shit so correct me if im wrong) but it seems to be downloading all the files separately and they arent installing. They all are stuck at zero.
