So I've been trying to download BO2 and it just doesn't go anywhere. The archives are added bust as empty. Can someone give directions of what I should do?

@Juan103500 y0c5 Follow the guide that Dosy linked, should be fine with utorrent as well. We just recommend qbittorrent because it's better.
