When will piry.exe work in the future?

I have only recently come to plutonium and sadly I'm unsure how to get things working as all the download screen does is sit there and say downloading and I know that it takes time but I'm not saying that its slow, I'm saying the download bar always says 0% and looks like its glitching and I've redone the entire process multiple times and nothing so I figured that The piry.exe wasn't working and in my download it doesn't even say .exe on the end so I looked and it said that piry.exe is down. when will it come online in the future or am I missing something?

There is no ETA. For now, use Steam or the torrent in the install guide.
