Acrillx sounds weird, was it because you torrented or just because you caused alot of traffic? download/upload rate can be limited in the torrent client. Prolly doesn't hurt to use a vpn tho.

Acrillx prolly because of torrenting then. You do share files with others while torrenting, that's the whole point of it. So use a vpn or get the game files from steam.
ok and what i meant is im gonna wait untill i go to a library so i can download it faster while using vpn
