Cant install base game?

I cant install bo2 base game using the piry.exe its just stuck at Downloading file 0 / 377 [--------------------------------------------------------------] 0 % and sometimes I get an error like Error while downloading file sound/mpl_slums.all.sabl: non-success status code: 502 (2/5) any fixes?

No, there is a reason why we say piry is defunct and not supported anymore.
