Every time i click in plutonium.new this message show up:
then the plutonium launcher. and when i try to start bo2 zombies it crashes -
- delete plutonium.exe and plutonium.new.exe
- download the launcher from here and run it as admin https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe

the message don't show anymore, but when i try to start bo2 zombies still crashes

- Download this https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download extract it to any location (you can delete it afterwards) and install all redist's and directx (dxsetup.exe in the directx folder).
