Banned While at Work? continuation!

following on from the now locked topic, i think you fail to understand that CEST is an hour infront of my time which would place the ban at 10AM that would have meant my friend or the 0 people he lives with logged into his pc while he was at work and injected a cheat, can you see my frustration, there was no pc turned on and the account wasnt even logged in or playing a game at 10AM BST, i belive your anti-cheat has failed and falsely banned my friend, its IMPOSSIBLE for the PC to be turned on at that time never mind playing COD with a cheat injected...

It is impossible for it to be another person, because you logged in from the same IP range as you usually do. So either you did start the game or someone from the same ISP possibily in your area has managed to take control over your account. The log's aren't purely from the anti-cheat, we have multiple sources of logs. I based my conclusion on the authentication logs and the anti-cheat logs. The anti-cheat simply cannot ban you if your account is not online.
It is frustrating to see people cheating on a project that is available for free and coming up with trash excuses to try and get an unban. You will be unbanned when the ban time is over.
