can help it would be wonderfulAros1616 that isn't related to plutonium itself. The server you are trying to join runs iw4madmin (a cod server administration software) that has a plugin that detects vpn's. Sometimes the api it uses falsely flags an ip as a vpn ip. Your best bet is to contact whoever runs that server.
