I have directx 12 I have updated all the drivers and uninstalled and installed em dirext and I can't play = (. Has anyone fixed it in any way?

it says I have a newer version of DirectX.
I made the youtube video that you show on the page about this error and it doesn't work for me either.
The mw3 game works perfectly for me.
