Does not let me enter the servers

I have two problems one in which I cannot join the server telling me to disconnect from the black ops 2 servers and another one telling me Disconnected - Tomed out.
The second problem is when I go to a server it is very, very rare that it happens, it does not let me select a custom class and the others if they have their custom class.I hope you can help me
The second problem has been resolved -
It could depend on where you're located and where the server is located or if there is anyone else on your network doing something network intensive.
