yes. the plutonium file is the one that is called with .new. u gotta create the folder but. if it dosent work to launch then its antivirus or windows defender that are blocking it

I just did it but I am told that the path is refused c is acause of windows denfender?

yes. u gotta go into ur windows defender and go into defender history so u can make it on trust. (so defender dosent block it)
