Error mode zombies

Hello, when I try to start the multiplayer everything goes well and I can play perfect, but if I want to play zombies when I start it, only the background music plays but it does not give me video, the game is minimized and if I click to maximize it at the time returns and minimizes, only background sound is heard.

Try writing r_fullscreen 0 then vid_restart in the external console(the bootsrapper cmd window).
