Disconnected after every kill cam/ can not reconnect to the server.

Every time a game ends i get disconnected. When this happens i just get sent back to the main menu with the typical "You've Been disconnected from the server". Then when i go and try to reconnect, it says "An error occurred while reconnecting to the server". This happens with every server I join.
