Unable to open plutonium.exe

I am trying to open plutonium.exe and I have also disables my Firewall but wether I double click the pluto.exe or I try to run it as an administrator it does`nt open HELP ME !!!!!! PLEASE

Do you have any other AVs apart from defender? Add pluto as well as %localappdata%/Plutonium to exclusions (google if you don't know how to do this) and then launch pluto as admin again.
Also check your task manager to ensure there aren't multiple duplicated instances of Plutonium.Updater.App running in the background. If yes, end them all and relaunch it.

Hey every thing is fine now the game is working but I am unable to join any online matches it says "unable to download game settings" help me ya but I am able to play zombies online.
