Teamspeak 3 crashing with bo2

Every time i play bo2 plutonium my teamspeak 3 crash
any possible reason?

Redwesty can't reproduce it but try turning voice chat off in the game options.
If that doesn't work try turning off "allow applications to take exclusive control of this device"

System -> Sound -> Device properties below your input device -> Additional device properties -> advanced
