would it be possible to enable perma perks in all maps and not just tranzit buried and die rise

I'm not sure who made it (if it even was made), I can just vaguely recall general chatter about such a mod where someone mentioned that someone else was working on it, sorry.

it is possible. i don't know if there is a public mod for it, but i have added permaperks to origins and motd with no problem.
