WT-BRYAN they should save, maybe there is a permission issue. Try running the launcher as administrator.

WT-BRYAN tokens are not possible afaik. Prestige can be set via the console using the command

setplayerdata prestige number

setplayerdata prestige 6 will set you to prestige 6.
