ALIASCERDO según yo, me ah aparecido ese error y es por tu conexión a internet, al cerrarse eso debería aparecerte un botón que dice "iniciar en modo LAN", las veces que me a pasado a mi es por que no estoy conectado a internet.

ALIASCERDO Delete both the launchers, the original one and .new one, redownload it from https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe and run it as admin.
og_style Run the redists and dxsetup.exe inside the redist folder, provided with the basegame. If that still doesn't fix it, screenshot your game folder.

done when i try to open plutonium keep showing that -
og_style AMIGO, lo que te dijo hannes, vuelve a hacerlo, borra los dos . exe y pon el nuevo (el lnk que puso el), y ese .exe nuevo metelo en la carpeta del juego, una vez dentro de la carpeta, reinicias el pc y deberia funcionar. a mi y a mi amigo nos sirvio
