there is no option in the game to switch either to play with bots or not someone please help me to fix this

There is a mod called "insane retarded" bots That i think you should check out
sadly we don't have any official bots that move arround though.

CaptainMacTavish There's not a fix, it simply doesn't exist on mw3.
